Resolution 309 (Senator Wonderling): A Resolution directing the
Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a fiscal impact study on the
pension and postretirement health benefits of the Pennsylvania Public School
Employees' Retirement System and the Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement
System. Senate Bill 404 (Senator Browne): Proposed Constitutional Amendment to extend the General Assembly’s authority to grant homestead exclusion provisions to 100% of the median assessed value of all homestead property within a local taxing jurisdiction.
